Refund policy
All of our products are food items. For food-safety reasons, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns of edible products, whether opened or unopened. Gift cards are also non-refundable.If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund if your order: arrives damaged, melted beyond enjoyment, or spoiled; contains the wrong item; or does not match the product description on our site. Please contact us at support@avazacandy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will take care of it. There is no need to ship anything back to us. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
