Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $45 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

Warm Weather Shipping

Because chocolate and certain candies are sensitive to heat, orders containing meltable items may be shipped with insulated packaging during warmer months. We are not responsible for melting that occurs after successful delivery; please retrieve your package promptly.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@avazacandy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
